For the past decade, SAE SoCal has supported this exceptional FREE seminar for racers, first responders, track professionals, enthusiasts, and event attendees. This year’s seminar will feature keynote speaker Alwin Springer—renowned Porsche racing engineer, co-founder of ANDIAL, and former president of Porsche Motorsport North America. Joining Springer are two additional distinguished speakers: Jim Ryan, VP at SCORE International Off-Road Racing, who will discuss safety considerations and advancements in off-road racing, and who will discuss the latest safety advancements in off-road racing, and Lee Kennedy, former President of the Southern California Timing Association (SCTA), who will share perspectives on land-speed racing and the unique safety challenges of high-speed competition on the salt.
