Just a friendly reminder that MPG memberships run the course of the calendar year and are valid from January 1 – December 31, 2018. All memberships purchased from January 1 to October 31, 2017 expired on December 31, 2017.
How to renew your membership:
- Log in at www.motorpressguild.org
- Once logged in, you will land on your profile page. Review all information to confirm it is accurate for the directory.
- THEN — click “MY ACCOUNT” from the Main Menu at the top of the page.
- Review your current membership level and click “renew”

Help! My password doesn’t work.
If you did not create a new password for yourself when the new site launched this summer, you’ll need to create one before you can log in. Your old password you used on the old website will not work if you haven’t yet done this.

Can I mail a check to you for my renewal?
We’re sorry, but all renewals must be handled online. Please do NOT send a check!

I don’t want to use PayPal to pay for my membership.
It’s OK – you don’t have to! Although you will see a PayPal button at checkout, once you click you’ll see you also have the option to pay via credit card, including American Express.

What if I just renewed my membership? Do I have to pay again?
According to our Article 7, Section 2 of our Bylaws, any dues paid within 60 days of the end of the year shall be applied to the following year. If you paid membership fees between November 1 and December 31, 2017, your membership has been extended to the 2018 Membership year.
ARTICLE 7—ANNUAL DUES
Section 1: Annual dues for all members shall be established by the MPG Board and shall be payable annually on written notice.
Section 2: Dues paid within 60 days of the end of the dues year as set forth by the MPG Board shall be considered applied to the following year’s membership dues.

Help! I just renewed for 2018 and it says my membership expires in 2017!
Don’t worry, this is a known bug and we are working to resolve it. Any renewals received during November and December 2017 have been manually extended to December 31, 2018.
