Please note: Members may join or renew at any time during the year, but all memberships are valid though the calendar year and will be active until December 31.
Renewals
You may renew your membership for 2020 at any time. All renewals will be valid through Dec 31, 2020. If you forget to renew by Dec. 31, 2020, your member profile will be placed in an “inactive” file, and you will not have access to the MEMBERS portion of the site until you do renew.
Failure to renew dues in a timely manner will result in a member’s name being struck from the membership rolls; you may rejoin at any time, but only after submitting a new application and the necessary documentation of recent professional activity.
Deadlines
The deadline for members to renew and be included in the 2020 Membership Roster & Media Guide is March 31, 2020. New members must have their applications approved in order to be included in that year’s Membership Roster & Media Guide. Renewing members must have completed their renewal by the same date, Jan 31. You may join or renew at any time during the year, but to be included in the Roster, you must have completed the process by this date as set by the Board.
