Jaguar Land Rover North America will be bringing three of its performance vehicles to the 2015 MPG Track Days at Willow Springs, October 6 and 7.
Both the 550hp Jaguar F-TYPE R AWD and 550hp Range Rover Sport SVR will be available to qualified media to drive on track and on the streets in and around the raceway during this year’s event.
In addition, the company will also be offering passenger rides for a limited number of hot laps on Big Willow track, Wednesday, October 7 in its F-TYPE Project 7.
Offered in extremely limited numbers, the Project 7 is the most powerful Jaguar vehicle built to date. Inspired by the legendary D-Type from the 1950s, F-TYPE Project 7 is the brainchild of the Jaguar Land Rover Special Vehicle Operation (SVO) engineers and designers.
Project 7 features a specially tuned version of the Jaguar 5.0L Supercharged V8, producing 575hp and includes several race-inspired aerodynamic enhancements including a new front end, side sills, rear diffuser, rear spoiler and driver-side aero haunch that distinguish it from other F-TYPE derivatives.
