How do I recover my login information?

If you forgot your password, you can reset it to get a new one. In the login page, click on the “Lost your password?” link and follow the instructions. You will then receive a link to create a new password via email.
I have been typing the correct password. Why is it not logging in?
In many cases, users may be typing the correct characters but the letter case is incorrect. Please double check if you have the “Caps Lock” on, or if you may be mistyping the letters.
I can't access some of the pages.
Some of the pages in our site are restricted to users with specific membership levels. The levels needed to view them are usually displayed in the error message (see image below). Make sure that you are logged in and have an unexpired membership with the appropriate level.
I am logged in and have a valid membership. Why can't I still access some of the pages and/or why am I still seeing outdated information?
Web browser caching may be interfering with refreshing elements in the site. Please clear your browser cache to fix. Instructions on how to do it based on your browser can be found in this link.
Additionally, our site also uses its own caching. This only periodically refreshes so new content may take a little bit of time to show up.
How do I pay for the right membership level?
After your registration is approved by our staff, an account will be created for you. You can then set a password through the link that was sent in your email, or by going to this page. After setting the password, log in then go to the New Members page through the link provided in your email, or you can click here.
In that page is a list of membership levels (see image below). Please refer to your records to make sure that you select the level that you applied for. Follow the checkout process to finish the membership subscription.
Please note that if you have not logged in before going to the New Members page, you will see the fields to create an account, as shown in the image below. DO NOT FILL IN THOSE FIELDS. Instead, please click the link that says “Log in here” to log in to your existing account before proceeding with the checkout process.
How do I renew my membership?
First off, we RECOMMEND that you renew your membership BEFORE it expires to prevent any possible issues. To renew your membership, please make sure that you are first logged in, then click the “Renew Membership” link under the “Members Only” menu. Follow the checkout steps to complete the process.
Where can I find my account details?
After logging in, please click the “My Account” link at the top of the page. There you can view your account details, edit your profile, view past invoices, etc.
