After much discussion, the Board has deemed it necessary to implement a few new practices when it comes to attendance for our luncheons. Please keep in mind that these new guidelines are set in place to help our organization.
1. PRE-REGISTRATION IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED
As is the case with many events – automotive or otherwise – a headcount is very important for various reasons. It’s rare to see any event these days promoted without a deadline on ticket sales. Your pre-registration does several things – it ensures interest in the topic, income to cover event costs, and peace of mind and convenience when it comes to giving our sponsors and venue a ballpark attendance number.
2. PRE-SALE TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT A LOWER PRICE THAN AT-THE-DOOR SALES.
As an incentive to help us secure our audience and plan accordingly, members who pre-register will pay a lower price for their ticket to the event. Early-bird registrations for this event are $10 and are refundable up to seven days before the event; regular priced registrations received the week before are $15 and are not refundable, and at-the-door sales will be $5 more than the regular price, or $20.
